Yesterday
I went to the monthly meeting for MS survivors.

There was a guest there to talk about Journaling.

She told us that she has been journaling since she was 10 years old.

Gave us a list of things to react to and create our own journals.

(I think I know her daughter.)

It was a very good meeting!

It sounds like your monthly meetings have been a really positive thing for you.

Yes, they are.
Brings me hope that I will be all right in spite of the things that happen.

I have also been journaling since I was ten years old. I have kept all of them. I tend to store them when I run out of pages and then get a new notebook.

I regard it not only as a way to keep track of Important Events, but it helps me clear my thoughts. They're so personal. I once ended a relationship with a man who read my journal.
