Robert 's day?
He got home and went straight to bed, poor guy.
Then was called from work.
The guy that is on call right now seems to not understand anything.

And Roguewolf71 was just barely asleep.

Oh, and we got a new neighbor yesterday.

The woman who owned the property put it on sale as soon as the last neighbor moved out.
Can't blame her for that, she's getting close to 90 now.

At any rate, it was sold to a young man; through his mom.

The property went through a lot of renovations over the past month.
We'll see how it turns out.

The only problem is the contractor who is trying to fix the house up.
I told him that the previous occupant had troubles with mold the whole time she was there.

I am glad that I did; he certainly did not want to hear about it, but
researched into it. There is some water under the house, and they found it was full of Black Mold.
